Reach after choosing a source and two filters.
  1. Where the people come from.
  2. Overlapping filters, deduplicated for you.
  3. The only number that matters for a send.

Where to find it

Reach, in the top menu, and again inside the Send builder.

How to do it

  1. Open Reach and choose the source: your own list, the MAILALO audience, or both.
  2. Narrow it down by probable language, country and category.
  3. Read the eligible number — it is already after suppression and duplicates.
  4. Carry that selection into Send when you are happy with it.

What to expect

  • Three different numbers, on purpose: what is mailable at all, what MAILALO publishes as available, and what your campaign is allowed to contact.
  • The campaign number is never bigger than the published one.
  • When a number cannot be computed from real data you see a dash and the reason, never a zero and never an estimate.

If it blocks you

The number shows a dash, or the selection will not prepare.

Remove the last filter you added and try again. Very large selections take a few seconds to prepare; the page tells you when it is still working.

How it flows

  1. Choose source
  2. Narrow it down
  3. See eligible reach

Why a number changes

Suppression, duplicates and recent contact are applied every time you prepare. The same filters can therefore give a slightly different number tomorrow.
