How an outcome is classified.
  1. Permanent means permanent. Everything else stays contactable.

Where to find it

Applied automatically. You see the count in the review as “permanently excluded”.

How to do it

  1. Prepare a review of your campaign.
  2. Read the permanently excluded count.
  3. Continue: the exclusion is already applied to your plan.

What to expect

  • Only three things exclude someone forever: they unsubscribed, they reported the email, or their mailbox is confirmed not to exist.
  • A temporary problem — a full mailbox, a busy server, a technical failure on our side — never excludes a person.
  • A message refused because of the sending domain is a sender problem and is never blamed on the recipient.

If it blocks you

Someone you know is fine appears excluded.

Contact support with the address. Exclusions are kept as a history, so a wrong one can be reversed without losing the record.

How it flows

  1. Unsubscribe
  2. Complaint
  3. Confirmed dead mailbox
  4. Permanently excluded

Unsubscribe always works

Every campaign email carries a working unsubscribe link, and an unsubscribe applies to all your future campaigns immediately.
