Deliverability
What MAILALO controls, and what nobody can honestly promise.
Delivery safeguards
| Safeguard | Effect |
|---|---|
| Cleaned list | Fewer bounces |
| Verified sender | Recognised by providers |
| Paced waves | No sudden spike |
| Exclusions | No unwanted contact |
Where to find it
Applied to every campaign. Sender setup lives in your account.
How to do it
- Clean the list you are about to use.
- Send from a verified sender address.
- Keep the subject line honest and the unsubscribe link working.
- Let the campaign go out in waves instead of all at once.
What to expect
- Accepted by a receiving server is not the same as read by a person. MAILALO keeps the two separate.
- Bounces and complaints are recorded and respected automatically.
- Inbox placement is decided by the receiving provider, so it is never guaranteed here.
If it blocks you
Deliveries drop suddenly in the middle of a campaign.
Stop adding new campaigns, check the report for the refusal reasons, and contact support. A refusal aimed at the sending domain is a platform issue, not your list.
How it flows
- Clean list
- Verified sender
- Paced release
- Exclusions respected
No promises we cannot keep
MAILALO does not claim guaranteed inbox placement, opens or replies. Any tool that does is guessing.
