Awaiting confirmation46
Accepted by a mail server is not proof a person read it.
- Out of the intended total.
- With a reason for each.
- Not yet confirmed either way.
Where to find it
Campaigns, then the campaign you want. Operators see the same report in Admin.
How to do it
- Open the campaign from Campaigns.
- Read the top line: how many of the intended total have gone out.
- Look at the refusals and their reasons.
- Use the suggested next step, or open the recipient view for detail.
What to expect
- The total is what your campaign intended to send, not the size of an internal batch.
- A campaign is only finished when everything intended has left and nothing is still queued.
- A number that was not measured shows a dash with an explanation, never a zero.
If it blocks you
The report says finished but the numbers look short.
Reload the campaign. If the total still does not match what you asked for, send the campaign link to support — no email is lost by asking.

Accepted is not delivered
Acceptance means a receiving server took the message. Everything beyond that is a signal, and it is labelled as one.
