Authorize and pay
Nothing is charged until you authorize.
- What your file contained.
- What you actually pay for: duplicates are already gone.
- One button. The price never changes after this point.
Where to find it
Clean, in the top menu. Everything you have uploaded before stays on the same page.
How to do it
- Open Clean and upload a CSV or TXT file with one address per row.
- Read the price. You are quoted on unique addresses only.
- Authorize and pay with the method you prefer.
- Watch the progress on the same page, then download the result.
What to expect
- Every address comes back labelled deliverable, risky, undeliverable, unknown or suppressed, each with a short reason.
- Duplicates and empty rows are removed before the price, so you never pay for them.
- Only deliverable addresses are safe to email. Risky and unknown are kept separate on purpose.
If it blocks you
The list stays on “waiting for payment”, or the price never appears.
Reopen Clean: the file is still there. If a payment is being checked, wait for it instead of paying again, and use Retry on the same list rather than uploading it a second time.

What happens to your file
Your source file is deleted after 30 days and working copies after 7 days. Your result stays downloadable for 90 days.
Sharing your list with the MAILALO audience is optional and switched off unless you choose it.
Unknown is never turned into undeliverable
If an address cannot be checked conclusively, it comes back as unknown. MAILALO does not guess in either direction.
