Where to find it
The strip at the top of Clean, Reach, Send and your account.
How to do it
- Look at the top of the page for the Work in progress strip.
- Read the state next to each item: waiting for payment, being checked, running or ready.
- Select the item to jump straight back into it.
- Finish it from where you left off — nothing needs to be started again.
What to expect
- A list already paid for and running says it is running, with progress, not “waiting for payment”.
- A payment still being confirmed says so, and asks you not to pay twice.
- Finished work leaves the strip and stays in your history.
If it blocks you
The strip and the page seem to disagree.
Refresh the page. Both read the same source, and the page you are on is the one that matters. If they still disagree, contact support with the file name.

Why an item can sit there
Either it has not been paid yet, or a payment is still being confirmed by the provider. Both are safe to leave and come back to.
