Where to find it
Every paid step — cleaning a list, buying credits, sending a campaign — opens the same chooser.
How to do it
- Authorize the operation you are paying for.
- Choose how to pay: PayPal, M-Credits, or MARCO.
- Complete the payment with the provider.
- Come back and wait for MAILALO to confirm it.
What to expect
- Live methods today are PayPal, M-Credits and MARCO. Card payment is not switched on yet, and unavailable methods say why instead of disappearing.
- An order is only paid when the provider confirms it to MAILALO. Returning from a payment page is never treated as proof.
- While a payment is being checked, the item says so. Do not pay a second time — retrying the same item is safe and never charges twice.
- Paying with M-Credits or MARCO returns 5% of the amount in M-Credits — see What is MARCO?
If it blocks you
You paid but the item still says it is waiting.
Leave it and reload after a minute: confirmation comes from the provider, not from your browser. If it is still waiting after that, use Retry on the same item, and contact support rather than paying again.

If a payment expires or is refused
Nothing is taken and nothing is consumed. The item goes back to waiting for payment and you can start again.
Any credits reserved for that attempt are released automatically.
