Terms of Service

1. Who you are contracting with

MAILALO is operated by AMAAR ONE LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 16795819. Registered office: International House, 22-28 Wood Street, Doncaster, United Kingdom, DN1 3LW.

AMAAR ONE LTD is a private company limited by shares, incorporated in England and Wales on 20 October 2025 (company number 16795819). AMAAR ONE LTD is the contracting party for every MAILALO order, invoice and campaign authorization.

MAILALO is a business-to-business service. It is not offered to consumers.

2. What the service does

Clean analyses email addresses you provide and returns a classification per address with reason codes.

Reach determines how many addresses are eligible to be contacted, after suppression and eligibility rules.

Send delivers a campaign consisting of one email, or one email plus up to three follow-ups.

MAILALO never guarantees delivery, inbox placement, opens, clicks or conversions.

3. Your responsibilities

You confirm you have a lawful basis for every address you upload and for every message you send.

You remain the controller of the data you upload. MAILALO processes it on your instruction.

You must not use MAILALO for content prohibited by the Acceptable Use Policy.

4. Authorization and sending

No campaign is sent without an explicit human authorization act. Automated assistance may propose content; it never acquires send authority.

Any change to campaign content clears a previous authorization.

5. Fees, invoicing and taxes

Prices are quoted before payment and are frozen at the moment an order is created.

An order is only treated as paid when the payment provider confirms it to our servers. Returning from a payment page is never proof of payment.

Invoices are issued with a progressive number and are immutable once issued. Corrections are made by credit note.

6. Suspension

MAILALO may suspend sending where abuse, deliverability harm or unlawful use is detected. Suppression and abuse decisions are not negotiable.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the affected service in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Changes

Material changes are published as a new version of this document with a new effective date. Previous versions remain identifiable by their version string.
