1. Who is responsible for your data

MAILALO is operated by AMAAR ONE LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 16795819. Registered office: International House, 22-28 Wood Street, Doncaster, United Kingdom, DN1 3LW.

For your account, billing and platform data, AMAAR ONE LTD (company number 16795819) is the data controller. Written data-protection correspondence can be addressed to AMAAR ONE LTD, International House, 22-28 Wood Street, Doncaster, United Kingdom, DN1 3LW.

For addresses you upload for cleaning or sending, you are the controller and AMAAR ONE LTD acts as processor on your instruction. AMAAR ONE LTD is an independent controller only for suppression and abuse records, which exist to protect recipients and cannot be reversed by an instruction.

2. What we process

Account data: email address, authentication metadata, locale.

Commercial data: business identity, billing country, tax identifier, orders, invoices, payment events.

Operational data: uploaded addresses, classification results, reason codes, suppression records, provenance evidence, campaign and engagement events.

3. Retention

Uploaded source files are deleted 30 days after upload.

Processing artifacts are deleted after 7 days.

Cleaning results stay available to you for 90 days.

Authorization evidence is retained for as long as the authorization it proves stands.

Invoices and ledger records are retained for the period required by accounting law.

4. Contribution and enrichment

Contributing a cleaned list to the MAILALO network is optional and off by default. If you do not enable it, your list is cleaned, returned and never absorbed.

Contribution is additive: it never deletes or overwrites an existing record, and every added fact keeps its provenance.

5. Suppression

Suppression is permanent by design. An opt-out or complaint is recorded in an append-only ledger and is never silently reversed.

6. Your rights

You can request access, correction, export or deletion of your account data. Requests are handled through the support channel published on this site.

Requests that would remove a suppression record, an issued invoice or an audit record cannot be honoured, because those records exist to protect other people or to satisfy law.

7. Sub-processors and transfers

MAILALO relies on infrastructure, payment and delivery sub-processors. The published list and transfer safeguards are pending verification and are not asserted here until confirmed.
