MAILALO

Acceptable Use Policy

What may and may not be sent through MAILALO. Declarations never bypass policy evaluation.

Version 1.0.0-draft · Effective 2026-01-01

Draft — pending legal review. Not yet binding.

1. Lawful basis is required

Every address you contact must have a lawful basis. Declaring authorization in the product does not create one, and never bypasses MAILALO policy evaluation.

2. Prohibited content

Malware, phishing, credential harvesting or deceptive sender identity.

Content that is unlawful in the recipient's territory, including prohibited financial, pharmaceutical, adult or gambling promotion where restricted.

Harassment, incitement, or content targeting people on protected characteristics.

3. Prohibited practices

Purchased, scraped or otherwise unverifiable lists.

Removing or obscuring the unsubscribe mechanism.

Attempting to circumvent suppression, rate limits or verification controls.

4. Enforcement

MAILALO may block a campaign, suspend sending or terminate an account where this policy is breached. Deliverability protection takes precedence over any individual campaign.
