Where to find it
Clean, for a cleaned list. The analytics panel, for campaign recipients.
How to do it
- For a cleaned list, open Clean and download the result.
- For a campaign, open the analytics panel and export.
- Choose CSV or Excel.
- Open the file in your own tools.
What to expect
- A cleaned result stays downloadable for 90 days.
- An export contains only what the screen was showing, for your account only.
- Reason codes come with the rows, so you can see why each address was classified as it was.
If it blocks you
The download does not start.
Large exports take a few seconds to build. Try once more, and check that your browser is not blocking downloads for the site.
