How to do it
- Paste your HTML, upload an .html file, or type plain text.
- Check the preview, including on a narrow screen.
- Send a test to yourself before anything else.
- Confirm the send again after any content change.
What to expect
- Your HTML is sent exactly as you provided it, with a plain-text version alongside it for mail clients that need one.
- Your links, your call to action and the unsubscribe link are preserved.
- A suggestion is only a proposal until you apply it, and applying one counts as a content change.
If it blocks you
The email arrives looking like plain text.
Re-upload the file rather than pasting from a document, then send a test again. If the test still arrives as text, stop and contact support before sending the campaign.
